Over 30 years of Experience in
Clinical Psychology, Individual & Couples Therapy

Therapy in the age of covid.

These are stressful times being cut off from family and friends, worried about staying healthy and not getting infected, concerned about election results, and dealing with the isolation that many of us face during this rough period.

As a solution-focused therapist, with experience that ranges from relationship therapy to depression and anxiety, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is more satisfying. While we can’t change difficult experiences of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

"You don't have to get stuck in a negative experience. You don't have to be a victim to external events, or internal emotions. You can use your mind to take charge of how you feel, and how you act."

-Dan Siegel
